1. JOB PURPOSE:

2. RESPONSIBILITIES:

This involves collaborating with sales teams to create integrated marketing calendars and execution plans, conducting market research to identify opportunities, competitive insights, and customer preferences, and developing joint marketing plans to optimize market penetration.
Relationship Management
Support in building and maintaining strong relationships with international travel agencies, consolidators, and OTA partners. Organize familiarization (FAM) trips to showcase the cruise experience and build trade confidence while engaging with trade stakeholders through training materials, toolkits, webinars, and virtual ship tours. This also includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration across markets.
Sales and Marketing Promotions
Develop and provide marketing materials, digital assets, and customizable templates to trade partners. Additionally, the role involves organizing trade shows, roadshows, and industry events to boost brand visibility, executing marketing campaigns, promotions, competitions, and incentive programs to engage and motivate partners, and ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all trade marketing activities.
