Title:  Team Leader, Groups & Charters

JOB PURPOSE

The Team Leader, Groups & Charters is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations, sales, and execution of group bookings and charter services. This role ensures seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional group travel experiences aligned with Aroya Cruises' standards. The position focuses on driving revenue, optimizing processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction for group and charter clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop and implement strategies to increase group sales and charter business.

· Ensure smooth operational execution of group sailings, coordinating across multiple departments (sales, reservations, operations, onboard services).

· Maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and key stakeholders.

· Monitor performance metrics, guest feedback, and financial outcomes to enhance services.

· Work closely with revenue management to optimize pricing and availability.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations.

TASKS

· Oversee the full sales cycle of group bookings and charters from inquiry to post-voyage review.

· Work with marketing and sales teams to create promotional packages for group and charter clients.

· Coordinate with operations, food & beverage, and entertainment teams to customize guest experiences.

· Ensure accurate contract management and financial tracking of group bookings.

· Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in the group travel sector.

· Address guest concerns and operational challenges proactively.
